Perfect Fit Guarantee Return and Refund Policy
We value and appreciate each of our clients and always want to go above and beyond. Each order is made exclusively for the suit wearer. This means we only provide refunds and returns when there is a measuring issue that cannot be resolved by alteration.
We strive to make each suit perfectly but sometimes slight alterations are required. Please follow these steps.
1. Once your completed order arrives you have 5 business days upon the delivery date to notify us that alterations are needed. Please email us at clientservices@amorsuits.com with your name, order number and a description of what alterations are needed.
2. You will receive a response with approval to receive reimbursement for alterations within 1-2 business days. The email will also contain local alteration shops near you. You are free to use any alteration shop besides those submitted to you.
3. Within 21 days from delivery you must have the alterations completed and a photo of the paid receipt emailed to clientservices@amorsuits.com. Amor Suits will reimburse you via the payment type you used to place your original order. Alteration reimbursement will not exceed $200.
4. In the case where alterations cannot be made, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you to return your order. You will then be re-scheduled for a 2nd in-person or video consultation with one of our tailors and your order will be re-made.
5. If a re-make can not be completed and delivered in time for your event you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email, once your order is received, you will receive an 100% refund to your original order payment source.
